Description

Created while the artist was listening to the audiobook The Sandman, Dream Hunters feels like a visual journey through the shifting world of dreams, myth, and memory. The painting’s layered strokes of rose, ochre, violet, teal, and shadowy green create an atmosphere that is both mysterious and alive, as if figures and creatures are emerging from—and dissolving back into—the subconscious. Rather than presenting a fixed scene, the work invites the viewer to search within its movement and textures. Forms appear like fragments of a dream: faces, wings, spirits, hunters, or memories caught between sleep and waking. The result is an expressive and poetic piece that captures the feeling of chasing something elusive—an image, a story, or a truth that can only be found in dreams.
